Special Edition - Music & More Sing-Along and Cookie Caper

Join us for a very Special Edition of Music & More coming your way on Fri., Dec 14th, at 7:00PM in the church sanctuary.  It's the first ever Music & More Holiday Sing-Along open to anyone in the community so bring your friends.  Performing will be song leader Mark Paffrath, Brett Lipshutz—flute and penny whistle with Randy Gosa—guitar, Ben Nelson—piano, the Choral Arts & First Presbyterian Backup Singers and YOU!  No admission charge—a freewill offering will be taken, which will benefit our regional Presbytery Mission Fund and Music & More Youth Scholarships.

After all that anticipation and all that singing you'll have worked up an appetite.  So, enjoy home baked refreshments AND buy handcrafted cookies pre-boxed to take home (remember Peg Rendall's ribbon cookies - they'll be recreated plus thumbprints, snickerdoodles, and more).

Music, treats, and carry outs—what's not to like?  Circle December 14th on your calendar now! Bring your family! Entice your friends! Help create a new tradition at First Presbyterian!

In addition to filling the audience, want to help? We need YOU!  In fact you can B.E.—that is, join the Bakers Extraordinaire!!  You can B.E. in two ways:

  • B.E. by creating your own cookies which will be served as the refreshment afterglow following the concert.
  • B.E. by joining Chief Cookie Queens Betsy Walton and Meg Rowland on Tues., Dec. 12th in the church kitchen.  That's the day we'll be turning out hundreds of cookies for the sale boxes.  Time TBA.  Ingredients and playlist provided.  Hands required - YOURS!!!!
